Southern California UFCW Locals Reach Tentative Agreement with Kaiser

After months of negotiating, delivering petitions to management, speaking out on social media, and an impactful three-day strike, UFCW International has reached a proposed settlement with Kaiser Permanente on a new four-year contract. This proposed agreement delivers across-the-board increases, contract alignment across UFCW, a fair PSP, and additional funding.
A ratification vote for Southern California UFCW members must occur before the formal approval of the tentative agreement.
