LA Fed Hosts 3-Day Organizing Institute

This month, the LA Fed’s Organizing Department held its 3-Day Organizing Institute (OI). The Organizing Institute is a crash course in learning and applying the principles of union organizing. 

This 3-Day OI was geared towards young workers new to the workforce, with most attendees coming from the University of California Labor Centers of San Diego and Santa Barbara. 

The Organizing Institute is always held in conjunction with an active organizing campaign. This latest cohort will be joining UFCW 770 at their upcoming blitzes at CVS.
