UNAC/UHCP Reaches Tentative Agreement with Kaiser

After months of hard-fought negotiations, UNAC/UHCP bargaining teams have reached tentative agreements with Kaiser Permanente.

Key provisions of the tentative agreements include: significant wage increases; alignment of contracts; protections for staffing and workload; scheduling and seniority safeguards; essential AI protections; and the successful conclusion of outstanding first contracts.

A ratification vote for UNAC/UHCP members must occur prior to the formal approval of the tentative agreement.
