UTLA: Victory for El Camino Real Charter High School UTLA Members

After a failed mediation process and working without a contract since July 2024, more than 135 El Camino Real Charter High-United Teachers Los Angeles (ECR-UTLA) members hit the picket lines in a fight for the school, support, and resources their students deserve.
ECR-UTLA members went on strike for five rainy days with the support and solidarity of students, parents, community members, and the LA Labor movement.
Following the five-day strike, ECR-UTLA members were victorious in settling a dignified contract with a 97% ratification vote.
