Higher prices. Fewer jobs. Worse services. Stand with CWA to prevent a disastrous merger.

Date: Wed, 16 Jan 2019

Should T-Mobile & Sprint be allowed to merge? The California Public Utilities Commission (C-PUC) is holding public participation hearings on this question on Wednesday, January 16. We need you there to join us in saying, “no!”

The PUC needs to hear working people speaking out about how the proposed merger is bad news for workers and consumers. For instance, what concerns working people most is the threat of reduced competition and consumer choice that would drive prices up 10-20%. Not only that, but this corporate money-grab would hit low-income consumers and communities of color the hardest.

We invite you to join us and make your voice heard:

WHEN: Wednesday, January 16 @ 6pm
Hearing begins at 7pm; please arrive an hour early to sign in and offer comment

MEET US: Junipero Serra State Building – Carmel Room (Auditorium)
320 West 4th Street, Los Angeles, CA 90013

RSVP: deniselopez06@gmail.com
