In this exciting, stimulating, fun and fast-paced one-unit, two-Saturday class, arbitrator Lou Zigman teaches and demonstrates the various steps and stages of the grievance procedure. Filled with practical – smart, hands-on exercises and expert presentations from labor and management, LS 105 will help union reps, stewards, activists and human resource representatives investigate, prepare and present cases. Topics include the Duty of Fair Representation. Weingarten Rights, Techniques for Resolving Grievances, and Legal and Ethical Responsibilities (by unions and management)
